- 1/2 lemon – juiced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh or freeze-dried dill
- 1/4 cup fine seasoned bread crumbs
- avocado oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, dill, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
