Why You’ll Love This Gingerbread Cocktail
This gingerbread sipper is rich without being heavy, sweet without being cloying, and perfectly spiced for the season. Bourbon cream brings a smooth vanilla-oak backbone, while gingerbread syrup adds warm notes of molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. A splash of optional milk or half-and-half softens everything into a velvety, dessert-like cocktail that’s ideal for sipping slowly.
It’s also incredibly easy to make—no shaker, no fuss, no complicated garnishes unless you want to be fancy.
