Ingredients

fresh strawberries, hulled
1/4
cup
honey (adjust depending on how sweet your berries are)
1/2
tsp
lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
3/4

heavy cream

vanilla extract
Instructions
In a blender, whiz up the strawberries with the honey and lemon juice until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the strawberry purée into each popsicle mold.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.
Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to release, then enjoy the chilly, creamy berry goodness!
