Amish creamy coleslaw is a versatile side dish that complements a wide range of meals. Whether served alongside fried chicken at a summer picnic or paired with barbecue ribs at a family gathering, its crisp texture and creamy dressing are sure to delight.
In a large bowl add apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, and salt/pepper. Whisk to combine well and dissolve sugar. Taste and adjust salt/pepper seasoning.
Add shredded cabbages and carrots. Mix well to coat evenly.
