Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt) plus more for topping
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, plus more for dusting
  • 1/4 cup strong coffee (or double shot espresso)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, cocoa powder, coffee, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Add chia seeds and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results.
  • Optional: Add a thin layer of greek or coconut yogurt and dust the top with cocoa powder and/or espresso powder
