Ingredients

greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt) plus more for topping

cocoa powder, plus more for dusting
1/4

strong coffee (or double shot espresso)
1/4
cup
milk

tbsp
maple syrup
1
tsp
cinnamon

tbsp
chia seeds
Instructions
Combine yogurt, cocoa powder, coffee, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add chia seeds and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results.
Optional: Add a thin layer of greek or coconut yogurt and dust the top with cocoa powder and/or espresso powder
