Instructions
Mix wet ingredients
— starter, pumpkin, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Whisk dry ingredients
— flour, baking powder/soda, salt, and spices.
Combine & rest
— Let the batter sit for 10–15 mins (or ferment overnight for max flavor!).
Cook in a hot waffle iron
until golden and crisp.
