butternut squash (or 4 cups pre-diced)

Instructions
Preheat your oven
to 400°F (200°C).
Prep your squash
ā peel, deseed, and cube it into 1-inch pieces (or lovingly open that pre-cut bag).
Season generously
ā toss squash with oil, maple syrup, and spices until every piece is coated.
Spread evenly
on a parchment-lined baking sheet. No overlappingāthese babies need room to crisp!
Roast for 25-30 minutes
