Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh or dried dill
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine evaporated milk and sugar into a bowl and whisk until sugar is well incorporated
  • Add vinegar and whisk until slightly thickened
  • Add salt, pepper, and dill and stir
  • Add sliced cucumbers and onions and stir to combine
  • Place a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld
