Ingredients

For the bowls

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • McCormick's hamburger seasoning (or burger seasoning of choice)
  • chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles
  • thin sliced red onion
  • shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)

For the Special Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Brown the Beef: I like to season the beef with McCormick's Hamburger Seasoning, but you can use salt/pepper and seasoning of choice.
  • Prep the Greens: Chop your lettuce base and arrange in bowls.
  • Add Toppings: Layer tomatoes, onions, pickles, and cheese.
  • Drizzle Special Sauce: Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well.
  • Serve Immediately
