Equipment

  • measuring spoons/cups

Ingredients

Apple Cider Cooler

  • 2 oz rum (dark or spiced)
  • 3 oz fresh apple cider
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp pear nectar (See Note 1 below)
  • seltzer
  • fresh apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish

Orange Rosemary Gin Fizz

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • Sprite
  • rosemary sprigs for garnish

Pumpkin Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 oz coffee liquor
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup (See Note 2 below)
  • cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

Apple Cider Cooler

  • Filler a shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients except seltzer. Shake until well combined and cold
  • Pour into a cocktail glass. Top with seltzer. Garnish

Orange Rosemary Gin Fizz

  • Fill a shaker with ice
  • Combine gin, lemon and orange juice and shake well.
  • Pour over ice. Top with Sprite and rosemary sprig

Pumpkin Espresso Martini

  • Fill a shaker with ice
  • combine all ingredients and shake well
  • Pour into a martini glass. Add cinnamon stick for garnish

Notes

Note 1: Pear Nectar
Combine 1 can of sliced pears in juice into a blender and process until smooth. Stain if a finer texture is desired. Store in the refrigerator.
Note 2: Pumpkin Spice Syrup
In a sauce pan, combine 1 cup water with 2 cups brown sugar. Heat over medium until sugar is dissolved and heated through. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Store in the refrigerator.
